There is a button in the Top Menu for View Type-07 named "EFFECT OF TRANSPARENCY" that will disable the fade of the unfocused items.

I thought about doing that from the start, but I want to keep my mod based on MarcosQui's code. If I create my own mod and there is an update posted to the Kodi repo, I would have to dig through the new skin and figure out what was added/changed so that mine would match.

Maybe the temporary solution could be to add in "Widgets.xml" line #3437 Something like that: "<label>$VAR[skin_version] - Nexus, Latts Mod. Version: 4</label>". This way we could have indication on your mod. version. Just a suggestion.

The original question was to find "full screen playback when playing a music track". I think that you referring to "visualizations", but that was not what he was asking for.

Isn’t full screen what you want and then it displays whatever you have set, one of the music Layouts for example. What else would full screen playback display?

when i updated the theme i was able to see the view type selector option for movies to view type 35 without resetting the skin. I just chose lats repo and chose the version from lats repo and the skin has been updated. Is it possible to update the skin without resetting the skin? Or is must reset the skin settings? Thank You!

OK then, mystery solved.

Previously it was necessary to use a script for this function to go to visualization when playing a song and this setting was found in skin settings (GO DIRECTLY TO FULLSCREEN WHEN PLAYING A SONG).  The Kodi team created a native resource that does the same job, so it is no longer necessary for the skin to support it via a script, as there is now a native resource in Kodi for the same function SWITCH TO VISUALIZATION ON PLAYBACK).

It´s no more available in the skin settings, now you find it here

Settings -> Media -> Music -> General (near the bottom) -> It's called: Switch to Visualisation on Playback.
