In the next update I will start posting the update version.
1. Forced views requires Skin Helper Service.
2. The alphabet scrollbar requires Embuary Helper, but if it works for Movies you have it installed. I can't think of a reason why it's not working for TV Shows or Music. I tried it on my Fire TV Cube, and I see the scrollbar for TV Shows using View Type-17.

I've tried installing Skin Helper Service from a zip file as I couldn't find it in any repository, but I keep getting a dependency error. Is there something I need to download before?

Ignore me, managed to install it by installing repository.auramod.aio-1.0.zip and following the instructions for installing Auramod.

I added code to display the Artist banner image for Albums and Songs in View Type-09. It will be part of the next update. I agree on the NFO file...I don't see a way to add the album description to the NFO.

I am so far unable to reproduce the problem you described with forced views for Movies/Sets. It seems to be working just fine for me.

Thanks @wags1. I didn't have it installed, as I've completely reinstalled Kodi from scratch. But I do now and everything seems fine.

@melons2 Make sure you are in one of the views, like Artist or Albums for example, and view type - 09 should be there in the top menu. It is for me. If you still don't see it make sure you have done the reset when you update to the latest skin version as that is what picks up the new view types. Note that you can do a skin backup first, then do the reset, and then a skin import (thru the menus using the Skin Helper Skin Backup addon) and you won't loose your skin settings customizations.

I checked everything. I have the August 5th Latts mod update, I did a reset of the skin and then a restore of the settings.
I went ---  Home Screen > Music > Top Menu > Organize> By Artist > View Type> View Type Selector> and I have types:
1, 11, 18, 20, 30(I renamed Wide), 31, 33 and that is all.......no View 9.

I updated skin by updating within KODI from Latts Repo under Settings> Addons> Install from Repository> Latts KODI Repo........etc.
I reset by going, Settings> Skin Settings> Restore Settings> Show Skin Reset Button> Reset Skin
I restored skin using Skin Helper Service Backup from the most recent backup I created just before updating skin through Latts Repo.

I just cannot figure this one out.

Back again!
I was wondering, on the fullscreen music viz, If I remember correctly in AQ8, as well as the artist slideshow and Johnybee mod, it was also possible to show artist clearlogo cycling. Is that possible in AQ9?

@melons2 Click on Artist and then go to an artist and bring up the top menu. It should be there when viewing artists or albums, possibly songs too IDR.

I've created a custom playlist for music artists. I'm using this playlist for a widget above the music main menu. Unfortunately the widget is limitated to 48 artists. Is there a way to remove the limitation?

Latts see if you can help us, using the MQ8 Mod the subtitles are correctly recognized as Portuguese Brazil according to the image and with the correct flag. All subtitles are correctly flagged as .pob.
In the MQ9 Mod skin, the subtitles are recognized as Portuguese from Portugal, even if they are signed in the same way, all the contents are equal and the same.
It must be some implementation of the skin, because Kodi is the same as movies and series, what really changes is the skin.
I would like help to recognize correctly.

I check the skin code (original and mod version, and all is coded to work well. You need pob or pb to work in the database, check the streamdetails table.

My number of items remains the same as I scroll up or down...although I only have 4 items in the list.

I see double digits (number of items in file browser) as soon as I open the .kodi folder. Can you check please what you're seeing on your side?

Show the flags, info came via the music database or with the use of the playlists,  if don´t have info available, I think is better to turn the bar invisible via a skin code change. Example Studio Flag, codec flag Image. The risk put many items are slower to load and show the widget items.
