Great looking skin. Definitely an improvement to original confluence. I understand jezz's decision to not support anything external content that's not created or handled as default by xbmc but i would still like the option to use custom home backgrounds.

being that there isn't any fanart, is there any need for the fanart view anymore? or will it be implimented

Is there any way you could give us both options (old skin and lite version), either edelivered with xbmc or only the lite version with xbmc (master) and the other one just in repo?

I'm asking this beauce i likes the backgrounds + there was the possibilty to choose the backgrounds for movies, music etc. + when i went to Videos, there was an option that it would go directly to Files, not any other thing.

Not being able to change the backgrounds is the only reason this wont be my default skin.
I love everything else about it but really like in the original confluence being able to customize the backgrounds for Photos, tvshows, movies and weather so they really stand out from each other as 'seperate' sections.

Other than that, great work as always Jezz.
Your skins always have the best balance of features, looks and most important, usability.

If it isn't possible to give us the option to choose between the old confluence ad new one:
Can we get our hands on the old one? (besides of copying it from the stable EDEn release)?

I really like new confluence theme (master git compiled 12 may 2012), it gives me a greater sense of elegance, without departing from the "confluence style". Perhaps the lists background is too transparent, sometime, depending what there's in video background, it's difficult to read texts.

I tested your skin mod and I like it very much. Only I have one question/request: How can I "pull down", place at the bottom the home screen menu bar? I play a lot of my music from a upnp source and I think that this home menu bar takes a lot of space in the middle of the screen. Just a thought...

Very nice work on the mod. The Fire theme is incredible.

However, the Search feature doesn't do anything when I click on it. I'm on Eden final, but can't use a nightly yet because I'm on atv2 and they're not yet available. Is that one of the features that requires a nightly?

Really nice changes there, but I will agree with the rest of the members that also mentioned it, home screen backgrounds should at least be an option!
Pleeeeeeease, pleeeeeeease put them back (or at least let us have an option to enable them)!
Also, to my taste, the highlighted (blue) text is too dark, I think it would look more elegant if it was a lighter shade of blue.
Otherwise, all is fine

Not to take over the conversation here but you can go over to the confluence light mod
section and download a few of the themes I have created they will work on the
confluence light & If there is any given colors you maybe looking for give me a shout.
