Ok, I can see the issue in your view, I didn't modify those... I thought all of this was channeled at the list views... which were having the issues... ok.

Been following and want to offer my thanks for resurrecting this. Always liked this skin. 11th time is a charm for me. Is there a setting to modify the shutdown menu? Would like to see "exit" at the top instead of "settings". Hate to be the one to start asking for things/changes. Again, thanks!

When it comes to the Media flags i sent you, as you might see i have "replaced" the HEVC flag with the Ultra-HD bluray flag (renamed the ultra bluray flag to hevc) The original name of the ultra-hd bluray flag is 4K.

My files are named like this (Examples)
Ultra-HD Bluray: Joker (2019) (2160p+Atmos+HDR+10bit)
Regular Bluray: 2 Guns (2013) (BluRay Remux+DTS-HD) (or 1080p instead of BluRay Remux)

All WEB-DL i write WEB-DL+The audio codec, the resolution (1080p or 4K) is showing up correct so i only name them WEB-DL.

To get the WEB-DL 4K files to show the 4K flag i have to remove three lines in the Includes_Mediaflags file.

The H.264 flag is replaced by the regular Bluray flag, so there is both bluray and h.264 with same flag.

So, i have done it this way, as i like to have the Bluray and Ultra-HD Bluray flag showing bluray flags on my rips in the library, instead of the H.264 flag or HEVC flag.

I dont expect you to modify your version like this, as people might want to have the H.264 and Hevc flag instead, im fine with modding the skin a little myself.

However, the flags i sent you, are very nice looking, much better than the original, and i have gotten them from other skins and have some of them sent to me personally.

Send me a screenshot of what you're asking (crayon doodle is fine in paint or whatever), I'll have a look, while I've read this, understand it, I'm scattered at the moment, a pic will help.

So you have any editing capability? I ask so that if you could clip like 5 seconds of the videos you reference, I can use them to create the additional logic to parse it out and do this right creating conditionals. I don't have thing .mp4 or mkv that is 4k as all my material is 1080p, so like a 5 second clip would do it, just so Kodi can add it to the library, and I can work with it directly instead of trying to guess what works and don't, pushing the repo is not really a PITA, but I don't want to have 50 revs chasing something if I can do it local. Drop box should support that as the files will be relatively small and you can delete them immediately after transfer.

One thing comes to mind.. Changing subtitle color is not possible on Madnox skin, the color option is simply not there (i have to revert back to the original kodi skin, change color and then back again to madnox) i believe this was broken on some earlier kodi version?

Did you do the colorpicker fix and try again?

To enable that in Kodi settings Madnox needs a colorbutton with id="15" added to SettingsCategory.xml as well as the new DialogColorPicker.xml.

I just updated this for a different skin, might help seeing it being added so here is the commit.

I understand what you mean now about option not being present, between your bug and Mike's input, this shouldn't be difficult to implement.

I'll have a look. I'm going to be jammed up the next couple of days, but I'll see if I can put a higher priority as this should be present.

I didn't understand Simkin84's issue, now I do, the option just simply isn't in the settings area.....at all. I know where to look, let me give a college try first, if I get jammed up, I'll reach out for help as I don't want this to be science project as there are many other things I need to do.

So I added the file to the package and added the control in. It "worked" but clearly I'm missing something. The fonts are large and uncontrolled, the picker itself is not conducive the rest of the skin where the other color picker is windowed with options... so a lot more on my end needs to be learned here.

I don't really "get" how this works... like, how does it know to be on the subtitles pages and not other pages.... on the SettiingsCategories.xml... Here are some pics anyway.
