Already tried installing 1.9.12...am still getting the same error "No subtitles found"...with both movies and TV

These are the three movies you tried in korean/russian/arabic and subscene returns nothing for either of them:

It's possible you might be able to find subtitles using english translated titles of those movies or transliterated titles rather than using the original language and script.
