Thank you All.
Now this is working fine, here's what I plan to do before taking back the dev of other Windows / Dialogs (since they will be Designer dependant) :
- Include the Script.Skinshortcut configuration tool as first item of the Designer's main list
- Include a Bloc 4 : Playing Video (That makes sense since full screen View / Dialog is now possible)
- Connect Home layout (still don't know how with widgets, will have a special treatment I think)
- Move the custon Designer Window to the SkinSettings.xml
Ideas of possible Integration when reaching a whole working state :
- Custom Image Background for each view / Window / Background
- Custom color chooser for each view / Window / Background elements (Blocs Background, Blocs, Sidebar, etc.)
For the upcoming new Video I'll make this WE, if someone wish to see a special configuration, let me know, I'll try to reproduce it (But not everything is possible
)

Well, didn't manage to get the video less laggy but made some other interresting configs and showing it with video playing.
As I said, this is the last dev update until the end of month.
