list view 3, for sure.
I don't see a difference between the two home menus apart from the background.
big fan of the osd... but what is the dvd supposed to represent?

One thing you'd have to watch with view 4 (and, to a lesser extent, view 3) is that not all posters are portrait layout so you'd have to watch how you handle landscape posters.
In terms of aesthetics, I like view 3 but in terms of usability and flexibility I'd probably go for view 1.

I prefer view 3 or 1 personally. I really like the colours you have used
