These bus trackers offer a graphical image with live gps location of all buses/trains and arrival times for all of the eu and some of the Americas...

By adding this onto my home screen would mean that I can then view live bus times, arrivals, departures etc and the weather, news rss and the video window for news, plus date time all from 10ft... Amazing.. Others too can benefit by using there local version of national rail tracker and/or bus tracker.

I'm gonna check the rss feed you mentioned too as that sounds mighty interesting, cheers for the heads up

Removing the black bars can only be made by settings. What i can do is, if xbmc logo and buttons are disabled the black bar on top will not be visible, so you'll have only the clock, date and weather as it is centered. If you disable clock too, there will be visible only the original cirrus clock on the right upper corner.

About weather widget, i tried it without black bar and it's really hard to read without background, so i think i'll keep it as it is. I'll place the videowindow on the left or right side beside the weather stuff. Hope it's ok for you, else i can tell you what to edit, to remove the black bar.

About Compact view, it's doable sure, the question is if you wish that view for all levels, tv shows, seasons, episodes? If so it's a lot of work as i have to edit the complete view. If it's only on TVShows and season level, it won't be that hard ...

Sure, that would help me out to fix it.

2.02 isn't yet released, it's only a changelog for upcoming release.

I'm close to drop the old media flags and set the new ones as standard, in the folder new media flags everyone could put preferable media flags inside, they would appear when " Enable new media flags" is set.

Yea for the clock this sounds great! I like the current style but would like to remove the black bar. However, could you give us both options? Remove xbmc etc with black bar, remove xbmc without black bar? That way everyone can chose what suits them

Yea, I can see that the weather may be difficult to read without the border, and moving the video window to the right or below etc seems like the best idea, cheers for that.

And, as for the tv shows view, yea i would be super happy with compact as a view for shows and series only and then I can set it to right list or whatever for episode, if you can easily do the tv shows on shows and season levels this would be fantastic, I just love keeping consistancy throughout the skin as much as possible to ensure it's not to busy or complicated

Much work would love to see those things added/changed too.

I think adding the option/choice for users is better than changing it, that way users can ignore what they dont like and edit the skin to suit there needs, for me, what you have created has made our living room a genuine home cinema
That looks expensive, is easy to use and is as fluid and
Sleek as high end htpc.
