Where on the hard drive are the studio, aspect ratio etc flags kept? I've just changed over from Aeon MQ3 and they were stored in C:/users/.../appdata/roaming/xbmc/addons/.../media/ but nothing here on Nox. Must be somewhere!!!

I might of missed this already being reported, but I've noticed that in some TV series views, the clearart logo of the series overlaps with the Extra info in the lower right corner:

#2: Removed that option as it was (imo) unneeded resource. If you really want it back you could set the curtains as tv show and movie background in home and enable the recently added fanarts for home. that way you have the curtains in the library and changing fanarts on home (or mod the skin yourself)

I tired this but as soon as I enable fanarts for the home screen it seems to override the curtains

Does anyone know if it's possible (via modifying the skin xml files) to sort titles in Advanced Launcher on a <sortname> tag that was manually added to the launcher.xml file. Ideally I would only add this <sortname> tag to titles that sort poorly, such as Final Fantasy titles that use roman numerals, so it'd be nice if it fell back to the normal <name> tag if <sortname> is not present. For example, I'd still like the displayed name to be something like "Final Fantasy IX", but I want it to be sorted as "Final Fantasy 9" so that it comes after "Final Fantasy 8" (which is displayed as "Final Fantasy VIII"). Thanks!

I'm wanting to change the video resolution and aspect ratio flags but when I change them in the media/flags/... folders the old images are still in xbmc i.e. the oval 720 image instead of the rectangular which I replaced it with. Any new studio tags appear when added but nothing that is existing seem to want to change.

Also, is it possible to change the length of time the "new" flag stays visible? Mine seems to dissapear whenever there is additional media scraped to the library.

Have you deleted the "Textures.xbt" file in the media folder? I think the program takes preference over the textures included in this file rather than extra ones. Also, the NEW flags are for the last 10 items added in each library, e.g. the last 10 movies, or the last 10 episodes, even if they are all from the same show.

Hi!

I have a problem with the display of smart playlists accessed via the music submenu, the cover images are streched to poster size, it seems there's something mixed up between music and video.


When I access the smart playlists via the playlist entry inside the music mode, everything works fine.

Is there any (skin) setting that might trigger this behaviour? I'm using Eden RC2.

This is already fixed for next release.

Been a while since I logged in here and I've had no problems for a while, but lately I've been having issues where the system will "crash" but not entirely, I'll be watching something and it will just stop go to a black screen for a few and then load the skin to the default startup. No position has been saved on the file or anything at this point.

I'm wondering if there is some script I should see about updating or if there is a way I can log events that may be able to catch what's happening. I suppose it could be the machine it's running on but it would seem odd to just have the system "Crash" and reload the main screen a few seconds later.

Anyway, it was happening several months ago and I think an update ended up fixing it I'm just wondering if something may have crept back in on my side that I should look for. If this post is too much rambling and not enough data I'm sorry, just ask me what you'd need to know to give an idea, and if there is no ideas, not a problem =)
