from home menu Settings->Skin->Home Menu and toggle "Use horizontal home menu". Gives you The AppleTV Gen2 home menu and removes the icon from the screen titles. If you want Gen3 home menu icons, sorry can't help you, maybe in a future update.

Wyrm (xTV-SAF)

If required a FULL debug log can now be submitted from the skin in settings->skin settings->support. Or follow instructions here if you can't access skin settings.
