1) Yes. in my VDR setup.conf, I do have it set to 1. I am in NA.
2) I rerun VDR without the eepg plugin, I still get NO signal, and syslog shows:

Please note that before this last update, I was able to go to all channels no problem in XBMC, I just didn't have audio in HD channels. However now, I can go to SD channels in XBMC, but HD channels show me no Signal in XBMC.
Again, I did stream channel from vdr admin without any problem.
