Hi,

I managed to get xlink kai working, but it doesnt work anymore.

Everything appears to be working fine, i can see all the games on my xbox and see the users in each arena.

However, when i play the game (Halo 2) and got to system link, the arena doesn't show up anymore! It used to work. Any ideas? Its driving me mad.

Aha. The port i needed my router to be forwarding had changed.

Anyway i can stop this from changing?

My router has UPNP, but not sure if xlink supports this?

set a static ip .. http://www.portforward.com/networking/static-xp.htm

than it won't change .. :]

Yeah like mentioned earlier if your router suppoprts the option to reserve dynamic IP's as a static IP address then do that. That way each device connected to your router will always be assigned that IP address (no matter what order your devices are turned on).
Depending on what version of xbmc you are running, depends on what settings are available to you. UPnP is available in most versions of XBMC. Im at work at the moment, but I think you will find this setting under Xbmc->settings->network
There is an option to use UPnP there.
