I think i found a bug: playing music or videos and go back to home meny with music/still playing there is no way to get to the small player control over meny bar.

I kept cursing and wondering for half an hour when repo was not updating the skin automatically. I even bumped the version number to 1.0.6. Then i noticed that my Dropbox client was not running

The trick with favourites menu works.
Also since you have removed the names under addon in main menu so that now only icons are visable, colud you make it optional under settings, so that we could select if we want the name of the addon under icon or not.

I think the icons for the addon on the main menu are too small. Or on my 50 in they look very small. Anyway to make them bigger. Also is there a way to make the highlight more profound? Sometime when I am on the home screen I lose where I am at since the highlight is a bit too small over the icon or thumbnails.

I noticed that the background.jpg aren´t clean anymore in weather and settings. Is this just for me ?

As you have modified the shutdown menu it's made me wonder if it would be possible to remove the Suspend and Hibernate options when running on a Raspberry Pi?
"cat /proc/cpuinfo" could be one way of detecting when running on a Pi, there's probably other methods too.

Only way to powerdown a RPi is to disconnect the power cable? Those shutdown options should be visible only when the OS/hardware reports to XBMC that it can actually suspend. So this is something that should be fixed in XBMC core instead of ugly skin hacks.

Yes, although if you "Power off" it just halts (which is fine), and of course you can reboot, but definitely there is no Suspend or Hibernate support with the Pi.

Loving the skin, only been using it this week, i have installed it on both my windows 7 pc and my raspberry pi both running Frodo, the very slight problem i am having and its me being picky is that when i am scrolling through my movies the dvd cover and fan art does not always match the title i am on, give it 5 secs or so and it catches up, this does not happen with any other skin on eaither device, anyone any ideas what this could be or is it a clitch in the skin, any help greatley appreciated :>

Do you have extrafanart on or off in the skin settings? Do you have the actual extrafanart images in the movie/tv show directories?

Hi toiva, you did a very good job modding the confluence skin, i really like this skin. It is very customizable and still very fast.
I have been playing with the custom main menu buttons but can't find a way to point to a folder and found no addon to do this neither.
I would like to open a video folder with home made movies of my kid.
I know i can create a playlist but the problem is that this folder countains others folders, so if i create a playlist, i will loose those folders, and i like the way it is organized
So could you add a fifth categorie after video playlist, music playlist, favourite and addon, something like "Place" to do this.
I would really appreciate this.

Can't you just add the folder to favourites and then point the button at it?

What he said. Highlight the directory containing your home videos, press C, choose add to favourites, go to skin settings, enable custom menu 1, 2, or 3, select favourite as type and select your favourite you created earlier.
