Since i switched from aeon nox to this awesome skin i am missing a few addons.
How do i add these?

I have no idea when it comes to repository and github.

I am looking for tvtunes, xbmc subtitles for tv shows.

If you had those addons working before you switched switched that means that your addons are already installed.
The correct question you want answered is : "How do I enable the functionality of these addons under Ace / does Ace already support these addons?"

XBMC Subtitles:
In the Ace skin settings (Settings - Appearance - Skin / Settings, or Settings - Ace Settings) you have to enable that you want to use a subtitles plugin, and select which addon it is. After you have done that you will have an extra on-screen-display button while playing shows, just as most other skins.

TVtunes
Although support for TVTunes is listed in the release announcement, I am not sure how to enable it. I guess there would most likely be an option in the collection settings (press up or left from a TVshows view and check the menus)

I did a fresh xbmc installation an only downloaded ace.
No addons.
I redownloaded aeon nox and tada, now i have the addons under ace.
