im working on your avatar,i love wat you did with the avatar's natrual movement. im trying to get the white boarder removed with out editing the image files 1 by 1.
how were you able to retrieve those images is wat i really want to know? was it a script or an app?

It is a program for recording.I will send to SkyDrive.
I have not time to remove the white background.
I've tried a lot of options to get live avatar but not worth.
This is a good option, but everyone has to recording for themselves avatar.
I tried to rip websites but no chance.
Trying to find a line on xbox live for avatar,the only thing I get it png of avatar.But I will continue to experiment with avatar enough for commercial use.

Are you able to have the avatar images in png format insted of jpg.
If so you might be able to remove the boarder by setting the current image as the diffuse texure,
the code for that is what u were seeing wen you went to your profile and you saw your moving avatar with the numbers running at the end of the label

I can not make a better video, my pc is too weak.
Not bad for now, I continue to search line for avatar,the only problem is that I do not know to write avatar.py

Yes,there is no adequate program to edit in one move.
The only solution is set the white background in skin,but it is not practical.
