I have just switched to ACE from Aeon Nox and I like it. One thing I have not been able to find is where I turn off the option to show all the video information and when a video is paused. I just want the basic OSD not all that extra info. I had done this in Aeon, but I can't find it in ACE.

Just press ENTER during playback, and go to "Hide Furniture".

Thanks Can I ask one more question I don't use the "Image" part of XBMC but can't find a way to take that button off the home page.

setting > Skin settings > Main Menu > customize main menu > scroll down to "Images" and toggle "Show"

System -> Skin Settings -> Main Menu -> Customize Main Menu -> Move down to Pictures and disable it.
