6, 8 or 10 rows - all your variants look great.
But there are two minor issues:
Why do you highlight the channel name? Highlighting the show name is enough i think.
With 8 or 10 rows i miss a header with the show name, so you have to guess what is running. (e.g. image with 10 rows)

Yes you're right!
Highlight Channel is fixed.

first of all let me say your skin looks awesome ;-)
The Live TV Section is as looking awesome as well...
Here some points/questions to think over ;-)
1. In the Channel List it would be nice to jump back to the first channel after reaching the last one and vice versa
2. will it be possible to rearrange the Buttons in the Main Window?
3. in the Live TV Section the Timers and Recorded Shows are not yet implemented, is this planed for a future version?
4. The Exit (Ausschalten) button in the main Window is not really nice (imho) the "exit-bar" as in the original Titan Skin looks much better :-)
and i think you had this one already build in in an former version of your skin...

I have all my movies encoded in H.264/AVC, but movie information the XBMC Titan 0.7.1 skin displays "wmvHD" flag on the encoder info instead of "H.264" or "AVC1".
If I use the Confluence skin that information appears correctly.
I have screenshoots of this misbehaviour but I don't know how to post images here.
This inaccurate information is also visible in "TV Shows"
Furthermore there are problems with Romanian characters in title. Again in the Confluence skin it appears correctly.

But it's IMHO necessary that if you "Enter" an entry from the timeline that there are not only the Buttons for channel switching and recording but that there are the whole detailed EPG information are shown to prove if it's worth recording it (and since Timeline doesn't offer enough space for that information) ..
I prefer less rows for more information btw.
And highlighting the channel - why not, I helps orientating ..
But - great so far ! Can't wait to see Release 1.0 !

The information are in the EPG grid (timeline on the top) isn´t good? Pleas give me a example which Skin have the best Menu (DialogPVGGuidInfo.xml)

I have a request/suggestion to make to you.
I have the option "Deafault select action" set to "Show Information".
On movies list when I press "enter", I get the screen with movie details "Information" section.
There, to watch the movie I have to:
1 - select the "edit" section
2 - select the "play" button
3 - press "play"button
I think that as it is now, is not user friendly.
It would be possible to put the "play" button available and selected(default action) on the several sections (Information, Cast, Edit).
So when one press "enter" the movie starts playing as happens in Confluence skin.
My suggestion aims to simplify user navigation.
Another option would be to use the same model as the Titan in Mediaportal
