A few options:
YW9300 Samsung Exynos 4412

Things I haven't considered?

Budget 100-150 euro and I would like to buy within the next 2 months.
BUT, if you have something interesting for a bit more of later......

If you want a trouble free experience, I would double your budget and go for x86. Especially upcoming kabini's look great.

I'd second this. Look at the Intel NUC also -- it's the size of an Apple TV and also a real computer. And, it should get a Haswell refresh in a couple of months.
Yes, but that means trippling his budget.
Quote:If you're set on Android, I'd wait for the refresh there also: ETA 1-6 months. It sounds like Pivos is in line to use a next gen processor and others should as well.
Everything else currently shipping (Android) is using a last-generation chipset, including the Ouya. And, XBMC Android is still in alpha and not officially released. It's not smooth sailing yet.
Yes and not just xbmc on android; the whole android ecosysyem needs to mature on hardware acc. Video playback.
