Does the PPStream plug-in work for anyone else? Selecting anything from it just causes an error to pop-up that says pps4xmbc has stopped working. Here's the error: http://imgur.com/MT7Wr2U

Hi,
I have tested and the plugin is still working alright.

Please provide more information on your setup i.e.
a. xbmc version
b. Installed PPStream version number
c. Installed PPS version on windows

Did you also install PPS影音(PPS.tv) plugin; is this plugin working?
Please check to ensure your installed PPS影音 application on windows is working on itself, i.e. standalone without xmbc.

You may try to uninstall/re-install the ppstream plugin on ppstream to see if the problem is resolved.

Note: PPStream plugin running on windows platform requires installation of PPS影音. Use version PPS 2.7.0.1516 or lower. The plugin is not compatible with PPS影音 Version 3 release.

That's my problem; I had version 3 installed. I installed an older version and it works now. I didn't see your original post about the required version since I was searching through the thread for PPStream. Thanks for your help.

Funshion seems to be causing XBMC to crash after 4 minutes of video play. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? My set up is Frodo + Apple TV 2

Hi all,

I'm trying to install the Chinese keyboard module (script.module.keyboard.chinese-1.2.8.zip), but it doesn't seem to install at all.
I'm doing the usual Settings/Add-Ons/Install from zip file, but I don't get any "Add on enabled" message, instead nothing seems to happen at all.

I'm using Frodo 12.3 on Ouya.

Is this normal behavior, or is something really wrong? Is there a way to check which version of the chinese keyboard I have installed?

I believe it only works in Dharma and Eden, not Frodo.

this add-on called by other add-ons like pps when input search string.

I already have the Chinese keyboard installed, because I can type in Chinese in the SoHu search box.

However, when I use my external wireless keyboard to type in Chinese it will act strange and I get some popups like "PvR client is not enabled" when pressing the H key, and some other keys will cause strange side effects as well like the window disappearing. These strange keys give me no input and they act like some kind of hotkey being activated.
This only happens in the Chinese keyboard. English keyboard works just fine with external keyboard.

I wondered if I had an old version of the addon installed, so that's the reason I wanted to update to 1.2.8 addon.
But due to the problem I mentioned, I can't seem to install it at all.

So it doesn't work 100% on Frodo? Can someone confirm this?

now support tudou, youku, xunlei, funshion, letv, iqiyi, pps, 56com.

tried it in 12.2 frodo and script failed. addon installs fine but script failed on tvbdo. Does anyone know how to fix this? thanks.

The Chinese Keyboard does work on Frodo. However it has the strange side effect as seen by you.

The live tv channels are down using the sohu plugin... Anyone experiencing the same issue?
