Hello, i am new to doing a complete setup of Mythtv on my Apple TV 2. I need as much help as possible. Would someone send me a link to one of the articles on how to do a proper install? I need to know how to set up everything so that I can watch live tv. Like I said before, i am a complete newbie to all of this. I have been researching many links and I found that there are several ways of setting this up, but can not find a way to do it for the Apple TV. Im not sure if I need to go through Terminal or something else. Any help would be great.

I think you can't ! You need a computer as backend with Mythtv running and use Atv2 as a client

Really? I saw a few videos of people running it on there Apple TV but they don't explain how to set it up. Where do I need to go on the forum to explain how to set it up?

Ok, but are you sure it was holding the backend as well ? If so, where would you put the tvcard ??

Isn't the Apple TV considered a tv tuner? Why would you need a tuner card if it already acts as one. I am running all Mac products. I can push anything from my computer to the Apple TV.
You also might be right though.
