Evening All

I know how to add and remove main menu items but can you add a main menu item that has all of the video add-ons within it?

You can access these add-ons by pressing the down arrow to access the sub menus from settings and selecting video add-ons but I would like this as a main menu item

Is this possible and if so can someone tell me how?
