Ah yeah i see now sorry it was not selectable before so i overlooked it.

I have changed it to to User, Service and no and tried different delay times. I put in 15 and the log says 15.000000 and i still get the error.

This is very strange. Linux or Windows (frodo or gotham) I'm running xbmc frodo under linux and the value is 5. If you use windows and/or gotham I can test it after holidays when I will be back to the office where I've installed xbmc under Windows!.

No issue with changing delay times here with xbmc v12.3 and v1.3.3 on Windows 8.1 (englisch).

When I run the Ratings Updater, it is not updating my ratings.

From the log files, I see:

Solved my problem, I had to install the Visual Studio 2012 runtime library. After I installed that, it is now working as expected.

From the logs it looks like the script is working well, it displays all the MPAA ratings for my movies in the log however i haven't been able to get it to show up on the movies info panel. I am trying to get it working on Aeon Nox and i need your help. Could you please help me?

Normally in the linux systems the php-cgi works without any other addons. Try to execute php-cgi directly from terminal or post a debug log.

Have you tried to exit from movies list and re-entering again after update? If not works, perhaps, Aeon Nox doesn't show the full MPAA.

I tested your Add-On and it's just plain fantastic. Been looking for something like this in the official repositories for ages.

Everything is working fine here. However, I found something that's really strange. I know it's connected to the IMDb site.

For some movies you get different ratings on the individual movie's page than they have in the Top250 list! One example would be "The Usual Suspects". It has got a rating of 8.6 here: IMDB Top 250 (#24) and a rating of 8.7 here: The Usual Suspects

As I created a smart playlist which gives me all my IMDb titles sorted by position, this gives very funny results: movies of lower ratings have better positions than movies with higher ratings.

This is all very strange. Perhaps we could have an option to update imdb top 250 ratings directly from the page with the list instead of the individual movie's page?

It's true, I had never noticed maybe there are different update times.
Unfortunately I can't do anything for this. The imdbphp class returns exactly what is on imdb. I can't retrieve the top 250 based on individual films.

Sorry for the delayed response, I tried to run the command from a terminal window but it failed to launch with this error message:

/storage/bin/php-cgi: /usr/lib/libcurl.so.4: version `CURL_GNUTLS_4' not found (required by /storage/bin/php-cgi)

I wonder if something has been removed from the newer Gotham builds as thinking back it probably happened as a result of an upgrade of my openelec version to the latest Gotham nightlies.
