I hope someone can advise on this issue.

My ultimo has VIX v3 image installed.

The problem exists whether on Windows PC or Android installtion.

I am unable to view any programmes.

I believ the plugin is correctly configured because I receive channels, epgs, recorded programmes.

Channel changing and recording also work.

Just cannot view any programmes.

Also regular: No PVR Clients have been started yet. Wait for ........

On the W7 64b pc, I cannot get beyond : 'No PVR Clients have been started yet. Wait for ........', regardless of the configuring sequence.

VU+ use port 8001 for streaming.


I can confirm that, when, installing to ubuntu this morning and using same config as Windows 7, connection was immediate.

First of all, don't forget that if you have a single Lnb that you can stream only the same channel that you are watching or one of the channels on the same transponder while the Stb is on.

I've tried today to reproduce the same error as you have and succeed after some attempts.

The changes that I've tried were with the OpenWebif http port.
I've even got a green screen several times.

Maybe you should try to reconfigure the plugin once again.
Try this:
1. Disable LiveTV on Xbmc
2. Disable VU+ / Enigma2 plugin on Xbmc
3. Turn off XBMC on your PC
4. Change OpenWebif http port = 11955 on Ultimo.
5. Save changes.
6. Reboot Ultimo ( Stb and not GUI ) for changes to take effect. Leave stb on.
7. Start XBC
8. Go to VU+ / Enigma2 plugin and fill the new port in and save.
9. Enable the plugin
10. Enable LiveTv.

Success.

However, without changing any settings on the VU Ultimo, there is no problem with Live TV on a Linux pc.

The issue of No PVR service started is with Windows 7 and (Android) versions.

I understand that but there is no harm on trying.
I just wanted to let you know my findings.
Running XBMC on 32bit windows PC and BlackHole image on Ultimo.

P.S.
How about streaming to your Phone or Tabet with DreamDroid did you try that.
Does that work.

My image is VIX v3.808

Live TV works only on a linux pc (64b)

i.e. Not on:

Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate (64b), Android phone or Kindle Fire HDX (android)

I'm trying to understand where the problem is.
On the VIX image or on the 64b windows.
With the DreamDroid + VPlayer plugin from the Playstore streaming works fine on my HTC One and Nexus7.

For sure I know it works for me in my vu duo with BH or OPENPLI images with 7 64bit also but I'm with latest nightly as matter xbmc
