Hello,

Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I just installed and updated Linuxmint 17.

I then installed XBMC 13.1

I'm using Mythtv as a backend and it works properly with other machines.

When I go to settings-> LiveTV and click the Enabled radio button, XBMC locks up.

Any ideas on how I can debug this?

Try setting up the addon first, servername etc.

Also for debugging, you need a debug log (wiki).

How do you set up the addon first?

Installing XBMC 13.1 by default does not include LiveTV enabled. Clicking on the enable button causes the XBMC lockup.

Go into Settings|Addons|Disabled Addons and in there will be Mythtv cmyth PVR Client, configure it there.

Disabled Addons does not exist as an option for me.

I have:

Enabled Addons
Get Addons
Install from .zip file.
Search

How can I be the only one with this problem?

Where did you get your XBMC 13.1 from? Have you added a ppa?
