One takes some time off to enjoy summer and all hell seems to break loose...
Anybody using 4.0.13 will get limited support for issues as I make changes to GIT and the version number does not change(But now it will have to be bumped once again before release since all of you seem to be using what would have been the next release version) and unless you keep updating as I make the changes your version and the correct version will never match. Also using GIT versions is extremely risky. Bugs always show up during developing, some of those who have used an older version from GIT know this, as they were getting Script Errors do to changes made to the settings. There are a few I have trusted to have them test versions(the version Bumps between 4.0.10 and 4.0.13 are these test versions) Also sometimes there are bugs that XBMC creates during version updates, the most common one was the script trying to open full screen video before XBMC was ready(the main problems most of you are/were experiencing.) This only happened to those who did not use the slideshow and was primarily found on OpenElec systems(which runs a tweaked version of XBMC), so it was a common problem on those systems but not others.. I also do not get paid for working on Add-ons and my free time lately has been quite limited, so things don't get fixed as most would like. Also I had moved at the beginning of June and still haven't fully set up my system(development and XBMC) which also slows down development.
Also a couple of things regarding XBMC debug log posting, if you have a crash during the use of Cinema Experience, the log that is needed is the xbmc.old.log file as the xbmc.log file gets overwritten on reboot.
Give me about a day(24hrs) to read through the problems and I'll see if there are any changes needed to go into 4.0.14 before it gets released.
