I like this addon but I find that it only works for local files. It doesn't seem to work with streamed files.....am I right in assuming that it just doesn't work with streams?

Version 1.0.4 is up in the repo with most of the things requested added. The only exception is the progress indicator...for now it proved to be too much of a pain to implement. Have a look at the readme on github for the control IDs. For any other skinner reading this the new control IDs are optional so no skin adjustments are required.

Strange..you did use control id="3015" I presume? Can you give the latest from github a try, it may fix it.

You might want to change the logic here so it plays the NEXT unplayed episode rather then the FIRST available unplayed episode.
I've got a backlog of unwatched episodes of a news game show & I am watching the most current season first. So, I'm watching s08e09 (having not watched any of seasons 01 thru 07) and the addon keeps queueing up s01e01 as the next episode instead of s08e10.
I realize this is a bit of an odd pattern but I don't think it would impact "normal" viewing either.

Thanks, I'm not sure if it works with Plexbmc..but even though I'm a little biased I have to say the Emby addon I created with a few other guys blows Plexbmc out the water. It syncs all your media to the local database, allowing use of ANY skin (no Plexbmc mode!) and basically works like a charm. One issue I've found is that it breaks the trakt add-on. Well, it stops the user being able to rate an item. Normally this would work even if playing the next item in a playlist, for example.

Any ideas?

Sorry no idea, I'm guessing the trakt plugin does something when playback ends..and with this addon thaw does not happen.
