One issue I've found is that it breaks the trakt add-on. Well, it stops the user being able to rate an item. Normally this would work even if playing the next item in a playlist, for example.
Any ideas?
Sorry no idea, I'm guessing the trakt plugin does something when playback ends..and with this addon thaw does not happen.
Well there are two ways we could do this.
Display every rating dialog at the end of the whole playback or display at the same time this addon starts showing, but that might not be the best idea.

Dont know if this is possible, but thought I could at least ask. It is kind of hard to find the sweetspot for when the notification should show. And I was thinking, would it be possible to have a option to show the notification a specified amount of seconds after the last subtitle shown?
I know that not everyone uses subtitles, but I guess there is some. And after the last subtitle the episode is pretty close to the end. Like 5-10 seconds delay and it would be a good place to switch to the next episode.
Maybe there is other things that could make the notification a little more dynamic. But since I almost always use subtitles I thought that would be cool. But maybe not possible?

There is a bug when watching multi-episodes (http://kodi.wiki/view/Naming_video_files...ti-episode)
For e.g. when it's 2 episodes in one file the addon will display at the end of the second one and say this one is up next.

Is there a still watching label just for title, I see you have separated episode and season which I'm using but 4000 still seems to include 1x01 for example with the title? so just a label for the title would be great if possible?
perhaps change 4000 to title?

It's certainly something that can be done, I'll look to harmonise the data at a future date

This addon is now available in the official Kodi repo
For anyone who installed if from the previous repo please remove that version and get it from the kodi repository. Skinners can now include this addon in their addon for automatic install.

I hope you have still plans to add support for available and already watched episodes. Got feedback from a user, who thought this will also work watched items and he wondered why it "wasn't working" for him.

That's why it didn't work.
Netflix also just shows next episode even if you already watched that.

I only can talk of myself, but if there would be a setting to show it every time a next episode is available - no matter if watched or unwatched - I would activate it. I stopped counting how many times I watched Psych or Scrubs for example
And setting the whole tvshow/season to unwatched over and over again is a little bit annoying to me.

It's certainly something that can be added, though usually it's unwatched episodes you want to watch. I'll add an option at some time to allow watched episodes to be included.
