First I'd like to thank the team for porting this to windoze. Its a smart media center much better than the alternatives.
Just one problem I can't get my remote working properly just the directions and enter work.
Is there an easy way that even a noob like me can figure out?
I can't seem to get hold of ir server suite.

I'm also new to xbmc (on the pc). i've had similar problems getting my original xbox remote to work. i noticed that the direction and enter work but also that the 1-0 buttons also work. after reading all the posts and trying everything possible to get the remote to work completely i just gave up (for now) on getting it work fully.

until i can get the remote fully working what i've done for now is map those 1-0 buttons using a autohotkey script to functions that the remote needs (ff, rw, stop, vol up, vol down, etc.). then i put the XBCDRC and autohotkey script in xp's startup. so far so good, still tweaking it tho =)
