Where can I set the recordings location?

Recording is set on the Vbox in streaming --> recording
You can set recording path to an attached USB storage or network (NAS SMB/ CIFS or windows shared folder)

You can then share your recordings between your devices via UPnP, VBox apps or web browser same as you do when recording on your Vbox without Kodi

Thanks for the quick reply. In the mean time I found this out too. But two things.

If you set it to a network location then you change it you need to reboot the VBox for the change to be effective. Suppose it could be considered a but but more for VBox.

It would be more logical if it is all in one place meaning that you have the ability to set it in the add-on. (Guess feature request)

The VBox API doesn't allow a client to select the recording location, so for now you'll have to use the web interface for that.
