Hi,
I'm running on a RPi2 openelec master. This client ist connected to a remote vdr via vnsi. The problem here is
switching between deinterlaced and non interlaced channels.

Switching from 720p to 576i does work,
switching from 1080i to 576i does work,
switching from 1080i or 576i to 720p does not work right. audio from the new channel is there, but the picture is not. It shows the previous 576i or 1080i
picture freezed.

when i stop playing tv and then select a 720p channel everything is ok.

Any Idea ?

What do you mean by openelec master? Do you mean a nightly, or did you build from source?
Can you try a Milhouse build?

I build from source. This issue is there since i started to build openelec master for kodi 15.
The earliest was with kodi 15-beta2 but even latest openelec-master-a1fff18a- with kodi-15.0-rc2-0aa930b

has this issue.

I tried as you proposed the Milhouse Build #701. It shows the same behavior.

Does enabling/disabling omxplayer acceleration help?
Can you reproduce it from a recording? If so can you upload a sample?

No it does not help .

with omxplayer enabled it ist even worse. With omxplayer disabled it shows the the described
behavior.

Good catch. I used a new sdcard and forgot to enter the license keys
in config.txt. Now the channel switching issues disappeared.
