~This is not the RSS ticker at the bottom of XBMC home screen, this is Full Text RSS Reader !!

Disclosure 2: I am not the creators of this wonderful add-on and I have zero experience about python script, but I some how manage to edit the add-on the way I want it , so if I can do it , anyone can 

Installation
Go to System > Settings > Add-ons. > 'Install from zip file' option

Add_on on Setting (2 files)
To add / change RSS Feed: (RssFeeds.xml)
To change Feed Font Size , scroll speed and other setting: (script-rssclient-standalone-main.xml)

How to Edit the RSS Feeds
Edit file :RssFeeds.xml
Location for WinXP: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\XBMC\userdata\
Replace "Administrator" with your windows username
Location for Win7: please help

Navigation key
For Keyboard :up down down left right, "Esc" to Exit ,
Keep press down until you are on the left panel to choose different feed (e.g. CNN, Yahoo News etc...)
Use Left or right to cycle news
"Show List Item" to List ALL "News Title"

For Remote like (VRC-1100 Remote)
up down down left right
press "clear" to exit

I have try different RSS Feed , Blog RSS, blogger.com RSS , wordpress.com RSS, etc...
Some , some don't , dont know why , May be someone can slove the problem for me too

I try it the other night, it is fantastic , I was always wonder what is the point to the original news ticker at the bottom of the home screen for if I can't click/read the news.
NOW with this Addon, I can actually READ the news, just to let others know , this Addon share the same sources as the original news ticker that come with XBMC, just edit the RssFeeds.xml , so it is convenience.

DEBUG: Addon script.rssclient-standalone requires xbmc.gui version 2.11 which is not available

Setup worked for me. But not all rss feeds are displayed. And the feeds do not refresh. Does somebody have a solution for that?
