For some reason a LazyTV menu doesnt show up, here is it in Confluence

There is something there because i cant move and have to click back to get out of the setting

EDIT: The menu is General settings > Choose shows by . . . Manual selection > Click here to select TV shows

You probably have a pain in your arse with me by now but anyway. Is there a way i can set the Next Aired widget to display logo or clearart?

Having it display posters with music widget sizes makes it look a bit off


Or just have it like the TV one



If the widget used the shows logo or clearart it would fit better in the square aspect ratio than the shows poster

Version 1.0.88 is now in the repo.

In this version I've adjusted the music section a bit to match to the recent video section changes (blur, buttons, logo etc). The views now prefer Landscape (some call it thumbs) consistently and there's options to switch to show fanart if you prefer.

@komplex - The first one with LazyTV is just plain strange...I do not have an explanation for that tbh. If I get time I'll install and try and reproduce. For the NextAired, agreed that does not look great, I hadn't actually tested it For sure the poster view will be possible and better, for clearart/logo I don't know if that info is available there. Thanks for reporting it.

When you you do fast forward/rewin skips I've noticed the Osd time bar doesn't advance to the point where the video would start playing while your skipping around. This makes it hard to figure out where in the show/movie you will end up. Is this maybe already built into the skin and I just have to turn it on?

I saw your reply about this in the other forum topic. I mainly use your version so I'll keep the conversation here for now. Your mod does show how many minutes the video will rewind/advance as you go through the skip steps. But the timeline bar itself (the yellow highligh color if you are using the default colors) does not advance until the video itself plays. Ideally you want the user to see a graphical representation on time line so They can easily tell if I'm advancing to the middle or maybe to the end of the video for example.

But i can't change the Blur and the Motion Picture Rating (I'm French ) i press enter but nothing change..
Btw as I'm french i'm voluntary to translate the text missing in French
Could you add this Script to the skin ? I think this feature should be in Kodi

in my case i've disabled all widgets on home and instead show a fan art slideshow from a folder. it would be nice to see more of the fanart beginning alongside the menu items on the left side. hope that makes sense...

also, the fanart slideshow has always the same order. is it possible to make an option for random slideshow?

The github version doesn't pack its images so you could try that if you want to edit the background

I forgot about that one with concentrating on music recently. It's a good feature though so I'll be looking to add it.

Have you installed the skin from GIT? You may have missed dependencies if so. For the blur and stuff the toolbox script from phil65 is used.
I did see that script and maybe will add it. This skin already used to show something similar (but more wordy eg 1 hour and 45 minutes) but I removed it. I'm not sure I like the format (1h45 min) better than 105 min...but probably include it as an option
