sup all i got everything working find but the subs on MKV's
the subs dont kick in ill about 20 secs into the films
CPU usage is low all thw time
anyone got any ideas why

subtitle timing is never perfect, bu you can change the timing using the video osd. make it -20 seconds (or whatever seems "right".)

AFAIK the OSD only supports +/- 10 sec.

really? that sucks. the source would need to be modified to allow a larger range.

How did you get this past me? (And how much time this could have saved me editing subs and video files)
On to track... I have no idea what is going on now that the real issue is established :p

there are numerous bugs with subtitles. I noticed some letters just vanishing. Some "segments" not being rendered at all, other (long) segments being displayed for just 1sec maybe
it needs proper attention this issue to determine what causes it
