I know this problem has been discussed before in a thread or two and for some users replacing one of the ATI driver dll files seem to work, however, it seems there's still others out there that are continuing to have this issue no matter what.
My current state is that the latest SVN (14676) works great for video using my ATI Radeon 9600 video card, however, the GUI uses 100% of the CPU and you can tell that things aren't exactly smooth when using the GUI. Replacing the ATI dll file fixes the GUI issue, however, the video get's messed up to a weird greenish thing that I've never seen before (not the usual ATI ghosting issue that's now fixed for most).
So I was wondering, has the bug been officially entered into the trac system? What about posting about it in the new bug forum?
Thanks,
Harry
P.S. Here's my info:
Windows XP SP3
ATI Radeon 9600
ATI Catalyst Driver 8.7 (8.2 also produced the same issues)
XBMC for Windows SVN 14676
Let me know if there's any other info needed, etc. for reporting a bug ...
