XBMC Crash when installing scripts
#1
Hi
XBMC crashes when I go to scripts->xbmc scripts, and tries to download and install a new one... it downloads and get to about 80%, writes "installing" and then crashes.

using latest build and vista 64 sp1.

if you want a resolution your going to have to give more info like debug logs system specs. I believe you may be suffering the same problems as described in this thread check it out to make sure the same bug is not being reported twice.

Wiso, does that mean the script actually works or that XBMC doesn't crash?

If the script does work (can't test this because I don't have an XBOX), it might only be related to the OS (Windows/Linux) in which case it might be harder to reproduce because of the many different user settings related to networking and or services.

The script works on XBox but throws some error messages on the win32 build. It doesn't crash XBMC but it also doesn't work yet.
