Hi, looking for confirmation of what I think is happening. Please be kind I am trying to learn thus my questions
I have a windows 10 box with KODI 15.X on it and it works well. However sometimes I can go to some of the movie repositories for testing purposes and things work just fine my tests work well and I have great streaming and audio playback. However MANY times when I go to do some testing I cannot get any of the movies to stream a test. I can see an index list and I get the artwork but when I try to stream the content I get an error box in the right corner telling me there is a problem and I should check the log file.
I tried to look at the log file but I cannot seem to make sense of the entries for use as a debug tool. ( I am a Cisco guy so I am pretty familiar with log files)
I have turned on debug mode and restarted Kodi to clean start the file but I still cannot correlate the entries to what is happening in Kodi when I try to stream from the repositories.
I suspect what is happening is the repository is simply out of bandwidth or offline.
Is this generally the case if the running configuration works at times but not at all other times?

It's not a Kodi issue.
