Anyone know how to fix this? It behaves this way on all videos and in windowed and full screen.

think i have seen more like this from other users as well. they all got it after installing the latest build. Or it can be a skin specifc error regarding
memory issues.

Try reverting back to an older build and see if you have the same error, or try another skin if you havent tried it.

Have a search through the forums for ATI issues. There's an advanced setting that you can switch on, or alternatively you can install a different ATI driver.
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.

Did anyone succeed in solving this problem? I have exactly the same problem described above (ati radeon x1200, catalyst 7.11 (I also tryed to upgrade to the last version but with no luck)).
