Build version of openelec you use ?
Widgets menu only shows these 5 entries, even with Kodi running on my windows PC.
Openelec is running on version 5.95.5

THX,but how can i download the old vision of the mod, My android box use 3.1.1 skin,homepage no wallper,only white board.office Arctic Zephir have no this proble,and the old vision have no this proble too.

No, I don't have remove this option, it's working fine.
Try to uninstall mod and reinstall.

I think it's a problem with your android box. I don't touch background in this version.
