I'm using Kodi 15.1 on a FireTV with the MythTV PVR plug-in. When I view live TV, I can alter the view settings (mostly to set the zoom level for some SD channels) and those setting are kept the next time I view that channel.
Initially I think I recall having to manually set the zoom level on recordings. At some point, I stopped having to do that, though. Now, when I play a recording in Kodi, it seems to remember the zoom level. On HD channels, it remembers that I'm not zoomed in.
Does anyone know how this actually works? Is there some setting in Kodi that made it do this, or did Kodi learn that when I'm watching "Cutthroat Kitchen", I always set the Zoom level to 1.33, so it just started doing that automatically for me?
