Release Eunique
#91
Hi,

Quote:Very strange it seems to be failing installing the record labels image resource (which is supplied by the kodi team)

For now you can install it manually from here: http://mirrors.xbmc.org/addons/jarvis/re...els.white/

And then try to install the skin again.

Thanks

EDIT - There has been reports of issues with trying to install some of these image resources from users in Asia...a workaround for now is to use a VPN connection.

Thanks for the quick reply,I myself had the same doubt hence wanted to reconfirm,I tried to download manually earlier but failed,Have downloaded the file via proxy server.

Update : I installed the zip and installed the skin successfully,But there are issues with the skin due to which I had to revert back to the default.

1) There is no support for mouse (makes it completely useless for me)
2) Video fails to play and throws up an error "Exception caught in main loop exiting" and Kodi hangs (have end the process via Task manager).

Regards.

1). Correct, there is no support for mouse, sorry.
2). We have no control over kodi core playback system. What are you trying to play, and we need a kodi.log please.

Thanks Smile

Thanks for the reply, Without mouse as mentioned its totally useless for me,so there ends the story.

Well if it were a generic error I wouldn't have bothered,This problem only occurred when using this skin, the moment I switch back to other playback is fine,So I hardly think its the issue with Kodi (somehow this skin is interfering with playback.), I was trying to a play the latest episode of ASH Vs Evildead.

Cannot post log as I had to restart the Kodi multiple times and lost the original log file which contained this issue's log.

Anyways thanks, but as mentioned without mouse no use for me.

Very cool, I tried using the pixelate option in MusicVisualisation.xml via onload, but the fanart doesn't change when the song changes. I didn't see an easy way to add an onfocus action to a fake button like you do in the media views.

Are there plans to allow the use of script.colorbox in the music visualisation dialog?

Thanks!

Thanks badass, if it had a daemon like script.toolbox that would be great. Really impressed, keep up the good work!

There's still a few bugs we want to sort out prior to the next update, it shouldn't be too much longer now but our main focus is trying to get as much fixed/done before Jarvis goes live (eta end of the year I think).

So any bugs you find please report Smile

Cool, will test tonight! Just saw your pm, but looks like you worked it out. Thanks!

Update: Tested and works great! Smile Would it be possible to choose which art to use? For example, MusicPlayer.Property(Fanart_Image) rather than Player.Art(thumb)? Thanks again!

Hi there,

Just wanted to congratulate you for this Skin that thinks "out of the box". I have just started playing with it (I updated to 16beta2 yesterday) but I really liked the first impression...

Will be coming here to comment and share the experience.

Thanks for making it.
