Hi, noob to the windows version here, so sorry if these are basic questions.
I use a Harmony 659 remote to control my system. When I programmed it, I set it up as an MCE remote. I do have the original MCE remote.
I read in the manual that the Title button on the xbox remote brings the OSD up. Using an MCE remote, how do I bring up the OSD?
I did a search & read that turning the subs on/off can be accomplished by mapping it to a button. Is it possible do this & cycle between the subs with an MCE remote?
Would it be easier for me to program the Harmony as an Xbox remote instead of an MCE? Would there be any functionality, computer or XBMC-wise, missing?
Other than those questions, I was really impressed with XBMC. I've been using it for years on my xbox & have been using MediaPortal for a couple years. XBMC worked right off the bat with very little setup, scanning my movies got the correct info & thumbnails, & it seems to play everything. Great work!
