Is it possible to split timeshift file on channel change, pls?

To start to write a new file when I change the channel.

Ah ok. Right now I doubt I'll implement this. It's a feature nobody has asked before and probably won't be used by anyone else.
On the contrary most people ask for ringbuffer so timeshift buffers won't grow indefinitely.
