I use for a long time now Kodi 15, perfect.
Live TV without stuttering, no drops. Everyhing is fine.
HD and SD channels, brilliant picture.
Now i upgrade to Kodi 16.0 and on some HD channels (RTL) i have a stuttering picture, no seemless movement.
With the key O i can see a lot of drop and skiped frames.
I tried to switch between different settings (Bicubic, DXVA, Lanzos, etc.).
I set the HZ to 50 under system settings. No success so far.
What can i do? Same system, same hardware.
Currently i switched back to 15. But if there is a hint i would like to upgrade.
