I just installed Kodi 14.0 stable on my Windows (Vista) machine.
I preserved user settings.

Official XBMC Remote for iOS wont connect to Kodi installation. I have iPhone 4S. Tried from iPad and it also wont connect.

I tried ro reset settings within Kodi Services, and yet not able to connect.

Is it a common problem or we need remote app update or is there something else causing it?

Please help.

I figured it out.
I had to add manually an exception in Windows Firewall, since it is registered as completely new program (Kodi not as it was XBMC).
