hello Kodi community, I need your help.

I'm running Kodi 16.1 on Windows 10 pro. When I run Kodi, I can only hear sound, video plays different hues of colors, but no picture. I went on advance setup under Video and unchecked the Allow Accelaration of hardware- DXVA2, but still having same issues. I am running an Intel Q35 Express Chipset with 256 mb of memory, with 192 shared and 64 mb video mem. Please help. I'm able to run Kodi on my laptops, but not on my desktop and do not understand what the problem may be. Thank you all for your views and your help is greatly appreciated.

That's a pretty old chipset and may not support DX11 (required by Kodi 16). Try Kodi 15.1 or older...

Thanks whysoserious. I found Kodi 15.2 and was able to watch Kodi again. Yes it was the old chipset. Thank you again for your help.
