while i found an iheart radio addon that worked here.. it don't have a log in system just yet.. so it was not good enough for me.
and the other pandora addon that i found on another repo.. it did not work at all. :--/ lame. script failed.

But Pandoki works great! Nice work man. indeed! It's jamming now through my home stereo system via kodi.
and I like the display that kodi has when the music is playing as well...nice job kodi.

So the moral to the story is.. it would have saved me a whole lot of time.. if Pandoki was in the officail kodi repo..
So let's please add that kodi.. why is it not already there? it works great.

Sorry for the late response.... yes i did not realize that was a skin based deal. I havent been able to find what I want for that. There is one for Linux, but not windows. I guess Im stuck with either no background or crazy spinning visualizations. Oh well. Thanks for Pandoki! Its great!

I just installed v0.8.0 on Kodi 16.1/Win7. Great work!
I have a couple of questions... first, how do you 'like' a song?
I am getting this error quite a bit in the Kodi log when saving songs 'ERROR: XFILE::CDirectory::Create - Error creating C:\' . Any ideas please?

I think replaygain or r128 gain works by preprocessing an audio file to determine the volume compensation, which is then stored as a metadata tag in the audio file or an accompanying CUE sheet file. Kodi then reads this tag before beginning play-back. I don't see any way to do this for a streaming audio file.

oh, duh. Excellent point. Strange though, I use Pandora on other devices & hadn't notice the volume jump as much as here.

I registered to this forum just so I could say thank you for this addon. Like many others I found the lack of official pandora support surprising since it is so popular, and I use it all the time on my phone while driving. I wanted to be able to play it through my television via my kodi box and this did the trick. The ability to skip the ads with caching is amazing...eliminates the need for pandora one! Thanks again

Perhaps it's just me, but I'm not able to make the "Saved Liked Tracks" feature work.

I mapped F1-F6 as described (albeit mapping F1 to ★☆☆☆☆ through F5 = ★★★★★, which makes sense), and when I press F3 to like a song, it is not saved.

Perhaps I misunderstand what "Like" feature triggers the save?

as many here, I honestly only bothered creating an account to tell you THANK YOU!

I was fighting a lot to get Pandora working without needing a VPN, but most of the other clients (PandoraSlim and the two Pandora scripts) don't work with proxy although they have setting for doing so and although I can get both pianobar and pithos working on my same Kodi Linux box.

Pandoki works beautifully, is well integrated, and well thank you is the first one in my favourites, please keep up the good work!

One suggestion: a context menu shortcut to just like or not like the song? Like a shortcut to ratings 4 and 2, but is just something minor, I love your addon and indeed would be fantastic to have it on official repository, would make life for every Pandora lover much easier.

I just realised that although the rating is showing in my playlist/tracks in Pandoki, is not transmitted to Pandora and I can't see it in my account (not the rating nor the play history).
I'm using Pandoki with a proxy and cache-only as suggested, expert rating. Enabling the debug log, I got this for the action of selecting Info of a song playing in Pandoki and setting its rate to 4 stars:

There's not much information. It seems that somehow Pandoki 'stores' the rating and transmits it in a second moment? Anything else I can check to understand where's the problem?
