Can anyone help to implement Dolby Atmos and DTS:X logos for the audio?

I've tried to do it by myself but I really cannot make it. Anyone can provide any advice? I tried to check some other skin xml to work on that and I found the code but they use a file called variables.xml that this skin doesn't plus they have a proper folder with all the icons like dts, dts-ma, dolby etc. which is not present in this skin folders :-((

I read the Emby forums on this particular flag; I am curious as to how you managed the Dolby Atmos flag as well and if you're will to share that code for the From Ashes project with of course you added to the contributors list for your contribution of the Dolby Atmos flagging.

I know Emby will pick it up if the file has it but no flag in Kodi has existed for it so this would be a great thing to have.

And I think we're all looking forward to the Christmas holidays coming up Smile

This weekend I had some personal problem (wife got involved, with reason/right in a car accident) so I didn't have the time to get here and post, sorry. I'll do it as soon as I can.

+1 ... interested in ATMOS and X flags as well. I assume this is for original Artic skin for Jarvis?

I'll post here the main things related to this little mod. But before to start I suggest you make a backup of the files Includes and Includes_Furniture located in the 1080i folder.

1) To start you have to create a folder in your Zephir skin:

- In "Media" folder create a folder called "flags" into this one create another folder called "audio" and into this one place all the .png files included in this zip

2) Then you need to create a file called "Variables" with xlm extention and with the content of this pastebin

and place it in the "1080i" folder

3) You need to modify the "Includes" and "Includes_Furniture" xml as in these two pastebins. Note that this files also include the Rotten Tomatoes Ratings while the original "star" ratings reports the value by Metacritic.

After all this you may need to refresh/update your library - I highly suggest to do it.

All this works for me for sure with Dark with dark dialogs settings, I didn't tried with other modes but I'll soon.

This is not even a tutorial, just a quick guideline based on three steps to reach the target but if you need more info let me know !

Not sure if rottentomatoes data will be available in the future or not, but you may have interest in adding moviedb ratings as well as tvdb ratings.

Not as polished as @Edworld's, but it'll do.
