when pressing pause on the 2003-12-03 build of xbmc, the picture/sound get out of sync.

when i press the pause button, there is sound for a little moment (~0.5 seconds) after the movie have stopped.

when i resume again, it is out of sync.

there is not a problem with the .mpg file. i've tried starting the file again, and not pressing pause, and it works fine. but as soon as i press pause its get out of sync. same problem with other movie files also.

its still present in the latest build (12-08) so i reverted back to the 11-29 build

i'm seeing this too. and i can't get it to sync back, i can get it close, but not perfect.

problem seems to be only with divx, mpg's seem ok.

scratch that, mpegs go out of sync too, only it doesn't require a pause, it just does it over time...

plays fine in xbmp and older xbmc's

yep, watched a 45 minute mpeg tonight which got out of sync twice, had to stop it and forward it to continue get it back in sync. it was streaming from my xbms server, don't know if it makes a difference.
