Hi Braz,
The flow:
1. Go to live TV "Guide".
2. Set the focus on an ongoing or future program on the EPG grid.
3. Press the "Record button" (alternatively you can press the "options button" and in the dialogue select "record").
4. ISSUE: The recording dialog appears without the necessary background and the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons.

With regard of your screenshot, I can confirm that I can also set timers correctly through the timers section.

I still can't reproduce this, I'm using NextPVR and it doesn't display that dialog.
