What's the right pvr.mythtv binary to get for a Kodi 17.3 frontend running on Windows?

I need to turn up a Windows frontend and I don't see a pvr.mythtv binary built/tagged for Kodi 17.3 Krypton. I see mention in the forums of people running the pvr.mythtv on Windows frontends though ... does that mean the binary for Kodi Jarvis is compatible with v17?

... Or does mean that mean those people have built their own pvr.mythtv binaries on Windows? (in which case, how to?)

Lol, having never installed Windows-based Kodi before I didn't realize that there was a section of PVR addons included right in the installer. This is a dumb question, and if I could delete the thread I would :-D.
